– Open your Heart every day –
Just sit down or lie down comfortably.
Put one hand on your heart, the other on your lower stomach or sex.
Close your eyes and feel the warmth underneath your hands.
Breath a couple of time in and out through your mouth.
Focus now your attention, your awareness on your heart.
Breath in a relaxed way deep into your heart.
Envision you bring warmth, you bring love energy into your heart.
Feel the heat rising during your in-breath.
Relax your jaw, relax your chest, relax your heart.
Relax even more at your out-breath.
With every breath you take, you bring warmth, love energy into your heart.
Breath in, breath out. Relax.
Let your heart get warmer and warmer.
Your heart is hot now and the heat radiates.
Heart heat is getting bigger and bigger…
Your whole chest is getting hot…
Keep on breathing this way.
Let your whole body be heated.
You become flooded with love energy.
You become Love-filled, you become Lovingly…
Breath in, breath out.
At some point, you’re filled up completely.
Just feel that you start to overflow.
Your love pours out, radiates.
Feel your Love.
Feel Love. You are Love.
