99 ideas to make you feel better
Beginning in April 2012, I posted a question on Facebook. What can you do to feel better? Below are the answers plus my own insights. See this list for a list of ideas, take it to your advantage. Maybe useful, maybe not.
- Hug someone
- Go outside, go hiking, nature
- Visualize (and put) a beautiful smile on your face
- Go for a workout
- Focus your attention (again and again) on your breath. Relax …
- Each cough is one that will never come back !!
- Cook healthy and with attention
- Each time after showering massage your body with cream/body oil !!
- Do kundalini yoga
- Meditate
- Go to the sauna
- Do something for someone else
- Just say yes to everything that is. Just say yes, nothing more …
- Go to a regular Tantra-YoY weekend
- Dance with heart and soul
- Share your love and let love flow (sharing = more love)
- Key advice: follow your heart.
- In the morning in front of the mirror and say “I love me”
- Watch the sunrise.
- Sing, sing a lot.
- Buy something for yourself
- Accept yourself unconditionally.
- Honor your ancestors.
- Respect nature.
- Feel the universal love with every cell in your body.
- Make love endlessly
- Give yourself and someone smiles. without expectation. 🙂
- Let go of judgment! Live in the Now!
- And enjoy the little things.
- Dance!
- Give someone a massage!
- Start the day with a laugh …
- Give! Without expecting anything in return.
- Give ones a day at least two people a compliment that you really mean
- Do the “everyday” things you do with attention, notice everything and let everything flow through you …

- Perhaps it’s simply not true: always feel better? The path of Tantra’s also hurt, sadness, despair experienced and embrace, and it will get better. But “always” …?
- Come on, ones more than: Dare to enjoy conscious. Feel the caress, look at that beautiful woman, taste your favorite food, and be aware of what it does to you.
- What is the purpose? I do not want to always feel good. Because of the pain I grow …
- I am not such a “positive thinker,” I do not believe in that. Plain (without resistance) Being with all that is, attentive introspection without manipulation, or wanting to change it. And if that does not work: then look at that. Then something arise (or not).

- I think many people can think themselves of what they can do to feel better when they want. Then it comes from within and that is quite powerful. And those who need inspiration to use the list, totally fine. 🙂
- Just give your love to everyone. That will make you feel better. If it doesn’t work… do energetic meditations.
- If I’m not feeling good it helps me to meet people who are positive. In one way or another, the result is that the positive side of me pop up again. (not always, but often).
- Another one: sit at my room sink. Let the water wash away all negativity.
- Surround yourself with people who feel the way you want to feel, not like you feel now.
- The path of tantra wow – for me tantra include connecting heart and guts –
- I would like to invite everyone to pass all the emotion trains: watch as he comes along and takes 90 seconds as a Buddha. Further more… walk instead of taking a train that takes you to a destination which is not yours (now) … 🙂

- Happiness is something that I can not enforce. It is …… grief is her shadow for almost a year.

- Impose more structure, regularity in your life
- Look at your feelings, embrace in love. It will all pass.
- Chat on Fb with a friend. Go wild, chat with someone you do not know that well…
- Create another story. What would you like? How would you feel like?
- Accept how you feel, do not try to change it
- Shout it out: YES, YES. If necessary, you start with no, no
- Use very alert your other senses: what do you hear? What do you smell? What you taste? What do you see?
- Hire / watch your favorite movie …. a series. Do what you like most.
- Change your perception. Look at it differently
- Name the positive things about yourself, the situation
- Welcome the signals of your body. Listen to what it has to say.
- Question “your” truth. Suppose that it’s different?
